- Homeless,drug infested place. Room was uninhabitable with cigarette burns in bedding, wet floors, terrible must odor. Left and charged for 1st night...still don't know if I was refunded anything. The worst place we've ever booked, Gangland area. remove it

- They would not give us an extra hour as a late checkout when the hotel looked empty
- The Staff at the hotel can certainly use some training on customer relations. Booked my reservation over a month before my stay, even called in before-hand (a week before) to confirm everything was set. I drove 2 1/2 hours to find there was an issue.
