Very clean

No coffee maker in room: only non-dairy creamer or skim milk for coffee

Avoid! Not very clean. Too much deodorizer used to mask the smell of mildew. The place is perpetually damp, even with the AC on. It's as if the window is open overnight letting in the dew from outside, even though it's not. Friendly staff is only plus.

Dependably clean, well maintained.

There was a brightly flashing light on the wall outside of my window in 323. It was impossible to block it out at night. I called down to the front desk, but there was nothing that they could do.

Great beds, comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was poor. Cold eggs. Hardly anything left after 9 a.m. Juice machine was broken. No effort to have some sort of juice bottles. TV reception was horrible. Unable to get Fox to watch World Series.

The breakfast was well prepared and presented with many options. The dining manager was positive and engaging.

The pool hours were limited to after 6PM. Servicing of the room required the completion of a paper survey to be placed on the door. The location of the hotel was miles several miles from downtown Cooperstown.

No housekeeping service during our four night stay

Clean. Kitchen. Generally a standard room layout. Breakfast was good.

The staff was very nice. The location was fine. A car was needed to get anywhere but it wasn't far. Breakfast had cereal bread products waffle maker yogurt fruit Eggs and Ham, and went till 10:00 a.m.

The air conditioner/heater was very loud. I couldn't leave it running all night for fear of damaging my hearing. The driveway into the place is very hard to see. We passed it 2X. sign is small & hard to see in daytime & not close enough to entrance

Very clean. Looked like a brand new hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast very good.

Proximity to Cooperstown. Great location for a weekend in town.

Pool and hot tub were closed and had been for quite a while. No mention of this when booking 3 days earlier. Breakfast options were not up to Comfort Inn standards. Very limited selections made for a long line for one waffle maker.

Staff was very helpful in locating desired destinations. Also, the hot breakfast was appreciated.

Too expensive for the quality of the hotel overall.

The staff was incredibly friendly and followed all Covid measures to make sure we felt comfortable and safe! It was our first time to Cooperstown and we enjoyed it so much that we booked a second night.

Staff was wonderful but experience was lacking due to COVID. Write up did not explain that spa and pool closed. Also no breakfast- only a plastic wrapped coffee cake and a bottle of water. Would have gone with a cheaper hotel if I had known.

Is away from any shopping or food places. Also room smelled musty from being closed.

Hotel employee at check-in was delightful. I didn't find the pool heates but the hot tub was great.
