- The manager was extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful to me as a consumer.

Cons -
- I?ve paid my money for 3 weeks consecutively and they?ve only came to clean my room twice within the 3 weeks. There?s been no hot water for me to bath daily. When I approached Kim at the front desk she informed me that she?s not able to do anything!
- Yes this hotel had bed bugs and when we told the staff the staff act like they didn't care
- They no longer serve continental breakfast. That's false advertisement.
