Comfort Inn & Suites Medina NY near Erie Canal

Extremely clean! Manager was very friendly and relatable. We chose because close location to Erie Canal Trail and that they had a safe and secure storage for our bikes

Hotel employee at the front desk was awesome. Wearing many hats while staffing continues to be an issue across many businesses these days. She was friendly and attentive!!

GM extremely helpful and friendly as were all staff.

The lobby was very impressive the natural cut stone was beautiful.

Great location for our needs. The only thing was there were not alot of people staying there this weekend we stayed. Some people arrived at midnight and kept us up for an hour slamming doors and drawers. Should have been put further away from other guests since probably only 6 rooms were booked. Otherwise good stay.

Its location in Medina is great

The bathroom shower was dirty and the sink was clogged took a long time to drain - when I told the front office on Saturday morning they said their is no maintenance on the weekend

Everything is amazing! Booka and his wife are excellent hosts and people in general! It’s always clean and accommodating!My husband and I love staying here. We do so every two weeks or so!

The hotel is modern and comfortable, a bit better than the average Comfort Inn. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is adequate and the fresh fruit appreciated.

Bike travelers beware. No bikes are allowed in the hotel, no exceptions. You must store your bikes in a wooden shed outdoors. The temperature in the shed reached 110° so if you have an e-bike it could be a problem! The hotel is short staffed so often the front desk is not attended. The location of the hotel is odd. 1.5 miles to the town.

Over $400 for a room on Medina, NY is insane. I stay here monthly and the price just continues to increase. I am always one of six cars (if that) in the entire parking lot every time.

Clean, comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, quiet.

The coffee could have been better. My advice—fork for a good coffee maker and better beans. It could be memorable for travelers to get on the road with a tasty drink to think back on.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean no complaints. We had wedding so we were in town for that. Check in was easy as was check out. We had issues where daughters dress straps broke and thank God they had sewing kit we were able to borrow and fix before heading to wedding.

No complaints or dislikes, a little pricey for the short stay but it seems everything in today's world is pricey.

It was in a great location and very beautiful and quite and the lady that checked us in, was very friendly and willing to talk to us to make sure that are stay was what we wanted

One of the staff REALLY needs to learn to adjust her approach/diction in handling customer service matters. On 3 interactions, her response was unnecessarily serious, turse, as if she wasn't quite experienced at dealing with people. I understand professional reasons for saying no to a customer's request, but tone and word choice can make ALL the difference, even if the employee is taking their role way too seriously.
