- Location is close to F train, easy to get to from LaGuardia airport and easy to get into manhattan
- the close proximity to the F train station
- the room was very clean and quiet. small, but with everything a single person needed for a quiet night of sleep in the city.
Cons -
- Front desk wasn’t always manned but a phone number was provided to contact someone OR you can walk across the street to speak to someone. Front door was broken so security isn’t great
- Upon check-in the hotel clerk did not know how to process the card on file - they advertise Clover (contactless pay option) but did not know how to work it-check out clerk was horrible. refused to update bill to proper charge
- i'm not sure if there was breakfast or internet offered, as the staff person never told me about them, they seemed busy on a phone call. the hotel may look like it's in a bad section of town, but it was safe.
