No working ice machine Hard to find in the dark - not well marked

Cleanliness, bad rooms, pool not working, TV not working. Breakfast with few options and even arriving early, they told us that they had not received the supplies and that there was nothing else. The worst experience

Close to airport.

The shuttle didn't run due to an emergency. I had to lay an extra $28 and was told to email the mgmt about it. Haven't heard anything back. It was so noisy!! Up to 1-2am!

Breakfast was delicious, they where out of forks.

Handicap parking was a far walk.

The staff were very nice. The bed linens were clean. That's the only reason I'm giving a single star; otherwise, I would choose zero stars if given the option.

NOT a 3-star hotel. Room was filthy. Torn up carpet, garbage under the beds. Dirty windows, surfaces. Bathroom barely passable. Positioned right outside disgusting dumpsters overflowing with trash. Wifi was awful. Smell was awful. Stay away from Room 241!

We had a reservation at this horrible hotel, arrived at 2:15 AM after calling to confirm we were all set (because of our late arrival) and upon arrival were told that they had no room for us. Unprofessional. Inexcusable. This hotel is zero out of 10.

Absolutely nothing!

Check in took 70 minutes while the front desk attendant spent time on the phone with someone trying to determine if they had any rooms available. I spent all day driving only to not even get into my room until close to 1:00am.

They held on to my luggage which I didn't realize hadn't been picked up

Blatantly and disturbingly violated multiple ADA laws, refused service and help even when BEGGED, up to and including such simple actions as a request for help, management, or even a customer service representative.

Close to the mall and restaurants

the room I prepaid for was not available upon arrival, the hotel was not clean, broken items in room, the door would not shut It had to be slammed and then I had to put a chair under the door handle pool was broke disgusting

No pool or gym as described. No baseboards. This place is falling apart - we left and are hoping for a refund. We couldn’t stay it was that bad

The baggage carts were only good for large luggage. Laptops, backpack,etc fall out the bottom due to the large opening in the design.

It was ridiculous. Didn’t give me the room I booked, not a full breakfast, the heat didn’t work in the room and we were just offered more blankets. I could go on.

Bathroom was not clean. Flush was not functioning well. Room was very cold (no temp control). The breakfast was almost non-existent. No food. Grumpy staff.

They were able to quickly provide us with another room when we found the first room unacceptable due to a maintenance issue.

Common areas were in rough shape and dirty. Breakfast area was not clean at 7 AM and eggs, etc., not available until after 7:30 AM, so we left. Hand towel containers, tissue containers, empty or minimally full. Lots of maintenance issues.

Location was good- right off the highway and close to Syracuse University. Staff was friendly and helpful during a reservation mix up. Beds were comfortable.

Room was not great- fridge and thermostat did not work, bathroom was tiny. Did not eat the breakfast- hot food did not look good

It is VERY tired. The A/C was down in the building, so they installed portable A/C in the room. The ice makers were down, but there was an ice bin in the lobby. The room had dust...not like they forgot to dust today, but Scooby Doo creepy mansion dust

Location was great (we were on the nearby interstate highway). Staff was pretty friendly.

Our room had an in-room a/c unit with an exhaust hose running through a window. Hotel was not very clean. Breakfast was not too great.

Decent location. Staff were apologetic and helpful. They?re doing their best with a bad situation.

No heat or hot water in the room. This property had been vacant for three years and it just reopened two weeks ago. It was opened in haste and many systems still do not work, or work poorly. This hotel should not be open.
