Breakfast, pool, staff.

Everything was very clean, the guys at the front desk were really nice, kind, and friendly.

I couldnt figure out how to turn the hot tub on - but i could have asked someone.

Very clean (i.e. window so clean was like no glass even there). Delicious, hot breakfast was available before we had to go on 6 a.m. shuttle. Modernized and up to date comfortable room

Such a beautifully clean and friendly hotel. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very nice. Breakfast had many choices and always fresh and well stocked. Highly recommend.

I most liked the pool and whirlpool. Free breakfast. Staff was very friendly and I would stay again. My room was clean and shower pressure was great

My only complaint was near breakfast area where i was sitting i seen ants and brought it to desk staff attention. This is time of year for ants so I understand and feel they would do well to eliminate problem area.

The staff, particularly the staff in charge of the breakfast was very nice and helpful.

The pillows used were not good. We left the hotel with stiff necks. The hotel needs to change or upgrade the pillows.

Room was spacious and well designed, quiet and clean. Easy access to I-90. Area seemed to be safe.

Not an area for dining, but there is a McDonald¿s. Glad another reviewer mentioned this, so I had dinner before arriving.

The location was good for all our family. The staff was just unbelievable friendly and helpful. The rooms were excellent ,clean and bed was comfortable.

All the staff is Outstanding, very helpful, friendly, lots of help. Hotel very clean, not worn at all. A+++ stay!

Rooms were large, everything worked, looked fresh and new.

Great staff. Special thanks to hotel employee at front desk, who checked us in and found a wonderful Restaurant for us close to hotel. Very inviting breakfast, even with Covid restrictions.

Staff, location

There was guests in certain room/rooms near ours that were loud and smoking pot and it could be smelled in our room.

I liked the politeness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Breakfast could've been better, maybe add omelets and bacon.(just a suggestion)

staff tried as hard as possible to connect me to the Internet.

wasn't prepared to accept my newly upgraded Apple operating system (Catalina), so could not get on wireless network.

This was the 2nd time staying there last 3 months. Room was clean, area is safe,and breakfast was worth it. Would stay again.

It was convientely located to Hwy 81 and close to the New York Fair Grounds. Beautiful pool. Nice rooms.

Was told that breakfast, the eggs, sausages and hashbrowns were gluten free and they weren't because when we left to go to the fair, I felt a little queazy and then once we got there I was sick to my stomach and I hadn't ate anything else but the breakfas

Easy check in, good free breakfast , very very comfortable bed and room. The AC was great and not loud. Given the punishing heat and humidity at the time this was really appreciated.

Staff didn't offer much info about where to go or what to see although they were polite and efficient.

Overall clean, tidy, good location.

Room smelled damp both days of my stay. Shower curtain was too small and allowed water to spray out of tub. AC never came close to maintaining set temp. Free breakfast is pretty bad.

The staff was very courteous and professional! I asked if I can check in a little early and I was told it was not a problem...I was greeted with a smile and left with a smile!

there is nothing really I did not like about the hotel!! I just expected a little bit more because of the stars it has....I got a great deal so I booked this hotel...i don't think it would be worth it's regular price!!

front desk very accommodating . Hotel employee took care of us in the lounge and catered to our children as if they were her own family. She is an asset to your team and deserves accolades for her outstanding service. We also had her at breakfast
