Tru by Hilton Syracuse North Airport Area

staff were very qualified, they did their job to perfection. only problem was with the shuttle service, when you go on line you get reservations not the hotel lobby! you talk to the people on the phone, they dont tell you its not the hotel!

Very clean, nice amenities, very friendly staff, good breakfast offerings, comfy bed, nice TV, great location, I love the design and colors of the hotel and the Syracuse mural on the wall. Very cool lobby design and outdoor space for socializing.

The room layout is strange with very little room to the right of the bed. Also, the lights are not well thought out. The lights above the bed are way too bright as well as the lamp on the same wall. Those three lights should be on dimmers.

The staff was great. The hotel was ideally located next to the main Highway and the airport and the City of Syracuse. Also the hotel was very unique and upscale and very very clean. The wait staff also assisted when I asked for additional towels

I would like to see a little more privacy in the dining area and it should be separated a little bit from the check-in desk.

Hotel was spotless, staff very helpful, the room was very nice. Problem was the exit door to parking lot was like a bomb going off every time someone closed it, starting at 5am.

Brightly colored and very welcoming front desk staff .. even during our late night arrival. Breakfast options were good, the pancake machine is pretty cool. Would definitely stay in a Hilton Tru hotel again.

Hotel was full and there were no parking spots available when we arrived.

Spacious and Clean rooms, Courteous Staff, good location, market place was well stocked with necessary items. Certainly surpassed the 2.5 Star rating / class.

The only problem that we had was that there was a children's (14-15)team on the same floor as us and very early in the morning they all started running back an forth to each others rooms banging and slamming doors for hours the hotel gave us a free night

From what I saw, there wasn't a fridge or microwave, and I didn't know hotels did that. The TV just had basic cable, and it would've been nice to watch something new and on-demand like Promising Young Woman. All that stuff is no big deal, though.

Horrible experience my husband is a trucker he had been  driving for 7 hours and need to rest so I booked the hotel. Once  wee arrived hotel employee whoo was working front desk decided to not check us in because it was before 3pm .

Staff could have been more professional at times. Stayed for 3 nights. Requested a room cleaning after the second night and was told “the cleaning staff is really busy today so we might not get to it.” and they didn’t.

Hotel employee at the front desk was exceptional. She was at the front desk on our arrival and on Sunday morning. I believe I remembered her name correctly. She was professional welcoming and answered all covid related questions appropriately. Very hard working an
