Knights Inn - Liberty NY

The managers willingness to return our stay. The hotel is registered as a national ny shelter.

The hotel was dirty, not safe, smoking in the lobby and rooms and halls smelled like urine. I have never had this kind of experience we didn’t stay we left with 1 hour of Ckg in. the manager kept 1 night stay for the two rooms. It’s used as a shelter.

Very run down, outdated, things broken, dirty, bugs, door did not close right and had obviously been broken into, someone had written graffiti on the mirror prior to my reservation and was never removed, carpets badly soiled in the hall

The whole thing! It was dirty, strange people hanging around outside, rooms labeled inhabitable for humans, etc.

The location if I have to say something positive and food could be delivered.

This "hotel" is absolutely disgusting. Bugs, trash, police arrivals, swearing & yelling at al hours. The "breakfast" was off brand coffee and some bread for toast. It was just pretty gross. No disrespect to the homeless that are obviously living there

Unfortunately, the condition of this hotel is so bad, it takes away any good that was done.

This hotel must be closed and fumigated. This hotel is literally a ROACH MOTEL! I want to call the health department against this hotel. I was killing and praying roaches my whole time there. This hotel must close. Don't go there please!!!

This was the worst place we ever stayed in. The staff was friendly but that was it The Inn is falling apart , everything is old, broken and needs repair. And the air smells musky; Tv programming is a joke - $129 for that?

the people who run the hotel are kool & the proximity to things is very good..

the rooms are very dated.the first time i was there was the best over all exp... subsequent stays i had lower & lower standards rooms to the point you knew you was in a dss hotel..... prob not will be staying there again....

Cleanliness, broken door lock, heavy stench of cigarettes,stained floors.

NOTHING!!!! it was Creepy n Dirty!!!!!

Hotel was FILTHY!!! I signed out 15 minutes after I signed in, couldnt handle Filth

Conveniently located right off the highway

The room was clean but the hotel is is need of major upgrades and repairs. Also upgraded for the breakfast option and there was none in the morning.

I was going to stay 2 night but I change because I didn¿t need the second night but they didn¿t clean the room for the second night, I will never go back to this place. Thank you for the opportunity to express my concerns.

Very little but it was cheap

Smell of pot the very basic of everything it should not be up on your web site bad for your rep

The hotel was extremely dirty. There was dirty clothes moldy utensils in the room. Ceiling tiles were lose looked like they were about to fall down. Non of the outlets worked. Had no hot water. They had people doing drugs in the hallway

It was inexpensive

That the people with pets were allowed to let their pets run freely around the Inn. Fleas in the rugs so they would fly around at night.

Good price, room size good. Location good near food establishments

No cable TV throughout entire hotel. breakfast selection very weak and didn't appear to be fresh. Behind bed very dirty! Limited staff.

Nothing horrible place to stay

Room was not clean had no heat or hot water. Staff did not believe when we were checking out they said we were lying about the conditions.

No daily housecleaning, in fact except for changing the towels on one day only, nothing was touched. The blanket seemed like some cheap polyester / foam material with cigarette burns in it.
