Days Inn by Wyndham Liberty/Monticello

The water was either too hot or too cold. Price was way inflated for the concert. I didn’t plan to swim but noticed the outdoor pool was eliminated and filled in but advertised they had an outdoor pool.

This room was gross. Mattress kept sliding off of the frame. Smelled of mold & mildew. Ceiling above bed had visible leak damage. Bathroom door could not open fully-it hits bathtub. Tiles were painted. Paint peeling off the doors/walls

Yes i have stayed there 2 other times and had no problems Frist of all when i opened the doir to the room it ripped off the hinges really tramatic so then they gave me a room that the air conditioning didn’t work and worst of all i got charged twice

The renovations where made w/ by someone from the street that said he knows what he is doing. Crack paint, unclean paint, rust areas around shower and bathroom sink, shower ceiling showed fresh leakage. My room door had to be slam to close. Uneven door

Was advertised as having two swimming pools but only had the one indoors which was not heated

It's conveniently located near several places we wanted to visit in the Catskills.

The bathroom was dirty. There were long black hairs on the toilet tank lid and shorter hairs the surface of the bowl. There were also black particles of dirt. The sink had shorter, curlier hairs and flecks of some brown substance.

The room rate was very reasonable for the area and the hotel was clean. Hotel was close to the highway.

Breakfast offerings were unappetizing.

There was a mic up with the dates and i am still waiting for a refund for a room i didnt stay in

The rooms no longer has dressers or cabinets to put your clothes in. And there's only 2 hooks in the room to hang up stuff. There used to be dressers and closets before they remodeled the hotel.

A run-down hotel in a crime ridden area. We were scared to stay. We left and went to another hotel for the 2 nights - a beautiful La Quinta for half the price. Worst experience ever.

The hotel was grossly misrepresented by the photos and description online. It was in a crime ridden, poverty-stricken area. It was unkept and there were vagrants and obvious drug users living there- like a government assist motel. We did not stay.

The advertising or descriptions from the hotel it says that has two pools One for the outside and one for the inside But none of them was working, the outside there was not even open for the summer, the inside they said it’s under construction,

Close to interstate

Room cleanliness. Room had issue with floor trip hazard. staff replaced it with bigger trip hazard. Restaurant closed but not state on website. Pool closed. overall disrepair

Filthy bedding, room. Both pools clsd. Pay security at ck in. Ice machine & vending machine broke. Bed bug, my bed. 1 microwave/waffle maker breakfast. Police were cld early a.m. escort couple next to us. Front desk rude,unprofessional. Req partial refund

It was a clean place to lay my head.

The pools were both closed. So was the restaurant.

It has a roof

The room, bed, location, no pool , no amenities, no where to eat and the ba you played on price

The Breakfast was decent

I called months before booking to ask if the pool would be back by memorial day and was assured by a staff member that it definitely would be. It was not. Also I called several times the week before we arrived but no one ever answers at the front desk.

No carpeting in room to harbourcritters and dirt

Not dog freindly. Breakfast was ok, but needs more sanitary protocols in place

Clean - I like no carpets.

The floor in the room hasn?t been mopped, my feet were dirty after walking barefoot.

It wasn't too far from Bethel Woods

Both the indoor and outdoor pools were closed and the pictures showed them, so my kids were disappointed
