Free EV charging! Bed was comfortable, breakfast convenient. Overall, good experience!

No elevator. We could climb stairs to 2nd floor with our luggage, but could see it being problematic for many.

The overall building is kind of old and had barn yard smell throughout the building. May need some renovation. I know the hotel name is The Century House, Lol!!

There was a fire alarm in the hotel corridors. A lot of guests were in the foyer, but there was no information from reception. When asked at check-out, the answer was - no idea.

The room was not cleaned. When asked, we were told that service is only available for more than two nights. You should be told this when you check in

The room was lovely and everything was clean with warm and inviting decor. The staff -- everyone -- were friendly and helpful and welcoming. I've never been to any hotel where every single person expressed a welcoming and friendly attitude.

The blankets didn't really seem like enough and I was a bit chilly at night. It would be nice to have an additional blanket at the bottom of the bed in case you get cold.

An easy drive from Albany, very clean room, restful night, and a fine breakfast.

Friendly staff. Great location (get Thai food!!) Clean, quiet and reasonable cost. I'd stay again for sure. And the breakfast was much better than the usual fare for this priced stay.

Having the option to have room cleaned as often as you'd like so it not being properly cleaned when I arrived wasn't as big of a deal.. I think they require a 24hr notice before they service the room.

The guy who checked me in had an attitude problem, it was as if he didn't want to work. Unfortunately I can't fit the whole situation in here but I will say that he needs to work on his customer service.

The hotel was clean and intimate. It didn't feel like a regular degular hotel, it had small town charm. Loved it.

Nice older hotel with nice amenities on the premises .

I was there overnight to go to Albany airport early morning and asked for a wakeup call at 4:30am and the phone rang at 3:30am so wasn't happy about that but it's a nice place to stay !

While the rooms are decent, the star of my stay was the in-house made daily breakfasts.

The heater in the room was a little noisy.

Loved the welcoming soup in lobby and full continental breakfast.

Working the remote was technically challenging for us.
