Free breakfast, nice room, ample free parking, and convenient location.

Pillows were not that plentiful or comfortable, so sleep wasn?t great.

Helpful staff, clean and spacious room. Helped with early transfer to airport.

Proximity to airport, pleasantness of staff.

Toilet ran continuously - to be fair, we did not raise this with the staff because were able to jiggle the handle to fix.

The facility is clean and comfortable. Especially appreciated the cheerfulness, happiness, friendly attitude of  the attendant at the desk!! Such a blessing to have such a friendly voice to greet you in the morning.

We had trouble with the shower faucet dripping in our first room, so the desk attendant changed our room. The second room¿s shower faucet handle was very tight and difficult to open and close tightly. Our travel companions experienced the same problem.

Room was in great shape except for the shower. Excellent location for getting to the airport.

The shower faucet was completely broke and leaked constantly. We had to close the door to eliminate the noise.

We were informed that yes there is shuttle when I Called them. We need shuttle service at 4 am, yes no Problem. We get there and no shuttle service till 6. We had to get a cab $30!!!! Was not happy!!!

The hotel was clean and room comfortable. The person at the desk was super friendly and helpful.

I arrived at 1:30 and rooms are be giving people were there getting their rooms and I had to wait the reception front desk was very rude I am an Hiltons honors member and she did not offer me water I had to ask for it when I got up into the room the room

On your website it shows that there is a airport shuttle when I checked in I was told that there wasn¿t. I asked for the front desk to arrange for a taxi for 4:00 am but the taxi never showed.They called Co. ,no answer.trapped at hotel almost missed fligh

I was told at checkout that there was a sticker on bathroom mirror requiring guests to request cleaning services We never saw that and had to set trash out everyday and go to desk everyday for clean towels No sign for smoking are. we found it last day

No orange juice or syrup for waffles for breakfast. Overbooked so my family could not all stay together. He got a call at 6 pm saying they had no room for him.

No housekeeping until you stayed three days I left Dirty towels outside my door as the desk advised They were removed but no clean towels left there should be fine sevice For that price hotel

Good location. They did accommodate me when I asked to be moved to another room.

There was a person across the hall with music playing with his door open and his dog freely roaming the hallway - it looked like he was a long term resident - I asked to be moved. I can¿t see that anyone given a room close by would be able to sleep.

Built in furniture a bit too modernistic. Single sliding door that either closes closet or bathroom, and was quite heavy to slide.

Pool was warm.. that was the only positive. But the pool towels feel like sandpiper and the size of a hand towel.

Loud people everywhere.. in the lobby yelling after midnight, in halls, etc.. not very sound proof. I didn¿t sleep a wink.

I specifically selected this hotel because the website indicated they had an airport shuttle. I found out after arriving that the shuttle is not available until 8AM. My flight was at 5:45 AM. The taxi to the airport ended up costing me $20 plus tip!

When I turned on the heat, it blew out what smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke and I instantly had an asthma attack. It was labeled as non-smoking and I am allergic. It was the middle of the night so I had to use rescue inhaler sleep cold.

The room was very clean. I arrived late at night and did not have to wait to check in. Staff is great!
