Staff and the bar

The air in my room wasn’t blowing cold air. Had maintenance look at it but they couldnt do anything. No bar soap - just body wash.No drinking glasses in my room. Carpet was damp + sticky. Random black sock on floor when I first entered my room.

Convenient location, nice room, everything worked fine.

Staff were hit or miss. Some staff could sound a bit more friendly.

People I don’t know showing up to my room asking to borrow stuff, drunk girl that had no idea how she got there. Did not feel like a safe space and the amount I spent on the room wasn’t even worth it I’ve stayed cheaper places for less.

Loved the room and patio outside everything felt like home and comfortable

Only problem was the loud noises from planes

It was close to the airport.

The staff was marginal, it was not as clean as I would have expected, the pillows were poor quality, no room service.

I like the theme it was very creative. Some of the walkways have cobblestones.

The bath tub is outdated. Also, the bathroom needed to be cleaned better, there was hair on the sink and toilet.

Pool area at 9 am was left in shambles from the night before. Dirty towels and peoples clothes left all over the floor and tables. Food containers left everywhere. Not a clean towel to be had to eve. Use the pool.

Nice hotel, ample parking, great facilities, professional staff. Room was fine, and bathroom was very clean.

AC struggled to keep cool temperature, but admittedly, those were some hot days.

Staff worked continuously, but due to its size and setup, some hallways could be better cleaned.

Arrived very late and although I have informed the hotel about that, they still had a problem to get me in my room.

Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Order off the regular menu of a good restaurant.

BedSheets were awful - not soft or comfortable, but stiff and not very comfortable to sleep with. Pillow like beach balls. Also wish there had been even a light complimentary breakfast of sorts.

Room never cleaned, when I inquired at checkout I was told I had to request for my room to be clean. My reply was this was never told to me during my check in nor was it posted anywhere in the hotel. His reply the next time you stay with us just request
