Friendly efficient staff, great breakfast and the wonderful breakfast hostess

Everything was amazing ! The cleanliness and staff attention to detail was exceptional . Hotel employee were great at check in to the breakfast cook - crew . Hot towels and soup are do comforting.

Rooms are super dark in the daytime .

Front desk clerk (male) when I checked in on Wednesday night was exceptional.

There was a great breakfast the first day we stayed there.

We went back for another night, and the breakfast wasn’t of the same quality, nor were there as many options. The hotel was a bit noisy.

The hotel room was simple yet modern and extremely clean. The bathroom was immaculate. The staff were by far the best part. They were polite and helpful and went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Generally quiet.

A maid forgot to knock, or thought our room was empty and began to enter. I see it as an honest mistake.

There were rooms on the ground floor that were closed with a notice of additional renovation work to be completed. But we got 407 a room that has already been renovated. The room is clean, the bed very comfortable, nothing to complain. We can see our car

Highways noise can be heard in the morning.

Lobby and 1st floor under construction. They were doing there best to work around this a we understood completely.

The breakfast was lovely. I especially enjoyed the frittatas and baked goods but there were lots of choices and it was all presented very nicely. The breakfast room was also large and sunny.

The hotel is undergoing some renovations and there was a little noise at various times but not during sleeping time. They also thoughtfully put some earplugs in the room although I did not need them.

The spot is close to the service and bfast was very good

Room was small and dark.

Excellent TV channel options. I was at a different local hotel with the most limited TV channels.

The hotel is doing renovations, the room I was in should not be rented. The toilet ran and I think the wax ring is failing - smelled like mild sewer gases in bathroom.

Hotel charged $25 to register an hour and a half before 3:00 to nickel and dime hotel guests!

I have stayed here multiple times. But this time was different. The price doubled. The room needed to be cleaned better and vaccumed. The tub was slippery and I almost fell showering. The entire building smelled like weed.

We arrived at 10:30pm following a couple of flights. The ladies on the night staff were AMAZING,as were the ladies on the day shift. The guy behind the counter during the morning was rude but hey its New York. Breakfast staff was great as well!

We were surprised by the hot breakfast , I thought just continental breakfast .Delicious breakfast with eggs, French toast , bacon,bagels , donuts etc.The two ladies working there were so nice and works so hard.The breakfast made our day .

Everything seems ok , place clean and receptionist very nice and helpful.I will look for Comfort Inn when I booked hotel next time .Parking good also.
