Cons -

Spoke to the building engineer about the shower. While this was a handicap accessible room the shower is dangerous. Because it’s a walk in shower the water does not all go down the shower drain, instead it flows throughout the entire bathroom to flood
First room not vacuumed.? hair all over. Not 3 star. 2 women at the front desk. The one who checked me in.. finally. eating her lunch as I stood at the desk waiting. Assis. Manager gave me late check out, and then shut the water off during my shower.
Room suggested king bed with pull out sofa ready to accommodate up to 6. The sofa bed was barely able to open , directly against the king bed. Was difficult to move around them. We had to ask for extra sheets and towels to accommodate the 4 of us.

The rooms were filthy, counters were dirty, sinks, had hair in them, and the floor was absolutely disgusting

Maintenance and front desk staff were great.

Not so clean, only had half a roll of tissue and the television didn't work

Stated heated pool but it was NOT heated.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and any requests for towels or toiletries were quickly filled. The location was ideal. I definitely would stay there again.

Have no complaints. Excellent hotel.

Have stayed at many TownePlace locations, this was BY FAR the best. Room was superior, clean and comfortable, as well as public areas. Staff was very accommodating. Props to ownership & management. This is now my go-to hotel in Albany-Saratoga.

Honestly cannot name one negative. This was easily my best (hotel) travel experience in a long time.

Very quiet even with kids running around in the hallways. Walkable to stores and some restaurants. Pool was popular. Staff was very helpful.

The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The Staff was very accommodating, & friendly. We inquired about a place to eat, and asked for a non-chain place, and were given a couple of options. We Chose Innovo Kitchen, and their suggestion was spot-on.

The breakfast was a little lackluster, but the coffee was good.

Everything about this hotel was great. Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, 24 hour coffee, pool, workout room. I would definitely stay here again
