Rodeway Inn Lakeville - Finger Lakes Area

Location was perfect . Great cafe and dining room located in the hotel.

It's not that we didn't like it. It's just a little dated.

no free breakfast, i guess. but they did include a coupon for 3 dollars off breakfast per guest so that helped my budget

run like a dungeon. One entrance where desk clerk sees you. No side entrances for convenience. Hotel is old and shabby except for new showers. Only rate the place one star.

We liked the location. It was close to where we wanted to be the next day.

It was dirty, old and there were very few amenities.

This hotel was reasonably convenient to Geneseo and although a little older was a much better value than the hotels located only about 6 miles closer to the center of town.

The staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable while staying there. The surprise was getting TWO breakfast coupons for $6. It almost made breakfast free two mornings. Seriously, it was the warmly welcome I have ever had at a hotel!

The pillows were lumpy, which is not a major complaint.

The hotel is, in a word, rustic. Old and bland, but with an amazing family-based staff, and a bar to die for. Free buttery popcorn and a draft selection that is simply great! Try the Rohrbach Scotch Ale on draft... sublime! Always helpful staff!

The rooms badly need renovation... while clean (mostly), there are way too many issues with old rot and mildew in corners and grout in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable though, and the bedclothes were clean and good-smelling ( a big plus!)

This hotel out performs its one-star rating. It is clean, well-maintained and in a good location for the Livonia/Lakeville area. The on-site restaurant, Leisure's, has excellent food at very cheap prices (a coupon is also included at checkin).

The rooms on the first floor have windows that provide little security. There is no room-safe so we had some concern with safe storage of our valuable while we were away. This may be us being over-paranoid but it was something that was on our mind.

Staff were very good & room was clean

I wasn't expecting too much as it was a roadway Inn but it sure wasn't worth almost $ --- that I paid including exchange & taxes.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect. I loved having access to the park and the places to eat.

Some rooms are on the second floor with no elevator.
