Pros +
- Staff was great
- Deep pool, kitchen and grilling area, excellent firepit.
- It was very quiet but cozy at the same time.
Cons -
- The TV did not work and this was knowing by the maintenance person. Was preparing to move to another family room and found out it was all ready taken.Next option was 2 sepperat rooms. Ended up staying in room with broken TV
- Pool could use more frequent skimming and vacuuming.
- It was hard to get in contact with anyone by phone but the staff was super friendly when we did speak with them
