- Proximity to attractions, quiet, 24 hr coffee/tea in lobby.
- Wonderful views, convenient location, great hot tub. Super clean. Hospitable staff attitude. Hotel employee at front desk was exceptional. Had a very comfortable 2 day stay with hot breakfast. Best value in Lake Placid, much better than resort hotels!

Cons -
- They did not have the driveway plowed, it was an ice rink, very dangerous. When it began to melt there were at least 5? of slush/ice. Room was always too hot. Thermostat is controlled by front desk. Christmas music was playing on 2/26.
- Breakfast was pretty lame but I love that they have water and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. That?s a really nice perk especially at a place where a bottle of water is $3 and up everywhere
