This Lake George motel offers free Wi-Fi, a children’s playground, and rooms that feature a refrigerator. Complimentary coffee is available each morning. Lake George Beach State Park is 2 miles away. Cable TV with HBO movie channel is featured in each room at Fran Cove Motel. A sitting area is also included. Guests can swim in the seasonal outdoor pool or use the barbecue facilities that are available. Vending machines with drinks are also provided. A microwave is provided in the vending area. Fran Cove Motel Lake George is a 2 minute drive from Lake George Village. The Adirondack Factory Outlet Mall is 6 miles from the property and Six Flags Great Escape Lodge and Indoor Waterpark is a 15 minute drive away.

- It was pretty gross, but I was desperate.
- The mattress felt like a box spring and not a mattress. Very extremely uncomfortable. Needs upgrades.
- Room itself could have used some updating particularly in the bathroom
