- Non Judgemental Staff
- Nothing. I have stayed here several times and always enjoyed my stay, felt safe and clean. Not sure what happened but I did not feel safe and the room was far from clean. The one positive was the agent who checked me in on 12/31. Staff needs training.

- The room, the cleanliness, the broke down furniture, cabinet that did not close, broken TV, was yelled at in public while getting coffee and was told i needed a ticket, when I selected a room rate with breakfast. Unprofessional and staff NN training asap.
- For starters the staff was unfriendly at best , unprofessional and rude. The entire hotel is old and very outdated. The breakfast was not worth waking up for either. Just the basics and the coffee was un drinkable . There are many more complaints .

Pretty much nothing
For starters the staff was unfriendly at best , unprofessional and rude. The entire hotel is old and very outdated. The breakfast was not worth waking up for either. Just the basics and the coffee was un drinkable . There are many more complaints .
