We stayed during off-season so it was nice and quiet for a good relaxing weekend.
The bed was uncomfortable and the remote buttons were worn off. Otherwise, it was good.
Came for Octoberfest! Hotel was short walk to site (no worries about parking). Hotel had bar & Restaurant on site - good food!
Didn't take cash anywhere, EVERYTHING had to be paid via credit card. Would have been nice to know beforehand.
This hotel far outweighed my expectations, especially after reading some of the negative reviews. Our room (studio deluxe) looked brand new, fireplace, kitchen with full fridge! It was awesome as was the hot tub and pool! Staff very nice and helpful!
The Murphy bed was a bit hard as were the pillows and uncomfortable and I am usually not picky at all.
Staff were great, room was good and well stocked with stuff to cook and eat in the room, comfortable bed as well.
Location was amazing.
No fridge or microwave in room. Has NO breakfast of any kind and you have to drive down the mountain to a local place. Not worth the price for missing these things. Motel 6 or Red Roof give you all this stuff for much less.

the room did NOT even have a fridge! When I tried to call the front desk the room phone didn't work. eventually I got through and was told that I can have one only if I upgraded (for another $150!) but then was told that none were available
