- The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing. They were there to answer any questions, and they were so friendly to my kids. I know kids aren't always everyone's cup of tea, but they made them and my whole family feel welcome.

- The room was great and clean and staff met all our expectations on room. They also brought two things we misplaced to us or held at front desk.
Cons -
- We were disappointed that breakfast was not included. That's a perk we enjoy when traveling with the family.
- room 207 there has a genset or similar that roars on every 10 minutes. Terrible. Also the built-in light fixture in-between the beds had lost its shade, so bare lightbulbs. Really not good
- For the second time staying at this hotel we were double charged for a prepaid room. Had to spend time again at checkout working on getting charged reversed. Still waiting for the refund. Check your card charges.
