I was not able to stay at the hotel. After being switch to another room due to the unclean sheets of the first room the next room was just as bad. I had to just check-out. Overall, if I had known the state of the place I would have never booked.

There was no one in the lobby to check in. We had to call and wait for the guy to show up ten minutes later. The lobby and room reaped of sewage. The heat couldn?t be turned up and the room was cold. We ended up booking a different hotel.

There was no one in the lobby to check in. We had to call and wait for the guy to show up ten minutes later. The lobby and room reaped of sewage. The heat couldn?t be turned up and the room was cold. We ended up booking a different hotel.

Breakfast was barely anything and did not like how you had to go down to the desk to get towels, toilet paper, etc

The location was great and the area felt safe. Additionally, the staff who prepare the breakfast were wonderful. They kept everything well stocked and the dining area very clean.

Tub did not drain properly, so we showered in standing water. Our room on ground floor was next to elevator equipment room and we heard loud noises consistently throughout the night

The parking , breakfast, location was IDEAL! My family also enjoyed the happy hour? However, the food was good! LOVE the wine and beer choices!! The Hostess even put my family members all on the same floor. Hostess very accommodating.
