- They upgraded my booked room to a suite
- It was below average
- Pleasantly surprised given the many prior negative reviews. Renovations appear to be complete and so the smell, comfort, and cleanliness were now on-par for the star level. Beds were fairly comfortable.
Cons -
- The staff sucked and unavailable
- Breakfast area is a little cramped and difficult to get around.
- No one was working when we arrived. We needed to find a new hotel at 11pm
