No staff available for ANYTHING. Call for support several times with no answer starting at 6:30 am . There was NO coffee available in the room but had a set up for it to be there. Tried to locate staff . There was a lady with headphones on in the back.

It was local to anything we needed (we forgot a few things) and many restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and the cost was actually better than going out to a restaurant. All the staff were also very pleasant and helpful.

The beds were comfortable they had nice clean soft bedding the staff were great and accommodating. It was clean.

If only the had complimentary breakfast.

The lady that checed us is was AWESOME!!!, we arrived about 8 hours early after a 16.5 hour drive from the Florida boarder, she was SOOO NICE and accommodated us with a room at 7:30 am instead of their normal 3pm checkin, Never!! in my travels so nice!

entire facility was clean and well maintained. bed was very comfortable; bathroom great with great water pressure in shower. Pool, jacuzzi pool and weight room were great. Front desk woman was extremely friendly and helpful. superior breakfast food.

Cost us --- dollars had to stay at a different location to get the jetted tub we called to be sure we would have before we got to corning. Both hotels staff was very rude including management. Very apparent only money is what they strive for.

One boy on over night shift. Was very helpful and friendly.

I liked that I got the pool/hot tub to myself for 45 minutes!

I didn't like that every perk was only if you were a 'honor' member. That's like God telling us, you're saved now, but to get these perks you have to do this this and this. That's isn't the case.

We had to ask for towels and wait on line at the desk to get them. The one person at the desk had too many jobs, not enough staff. She even had to stop to get coffee for people. The service was slow.

I got the hot tub room and loved it. Don’t have free breakfast but food was very good better then a free breakfast but a little expensive.

Was overall pretty happy with it.

We asked for a whirlpool tub due to a injury and wanted to soak at night. Everything was clean and staff was great. Great restraunt

Only thing and it was little, the creamer left in the rooms for the coffee was sour, as in old and curtled when put into beverage

The $50 icendental charge on credit card but was not notified prior to booking.

Welcoming reception; prompt service when requesting additional service items from front desk & housekeeping; a lovely patio; comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay very much & would return if ever in the area in future.

It was very quiet, and didn't hear doors slamming all night.

The fact that breakfast was not included was disappointing for the price I paid per night.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly. We were checked in quickly and efficiently. Our room was clean and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. Would stay here again.

The only item missing in our room was a TV channel guide, which is very minor. We managed fine without it. We probably could have called the front desk to ask for one, but we were only staying for one night.

Staff was very Staff was very courteous and friendly, even at 2am when we arrived very pleasant and upbeat!

Pool hours need to be longer. It not a negative, but when you are out enjoying the day it would be nice to relax in the hot tub when you return. Especially since it is summer time and you tend to spend more time outside enjoying the daylight!
