Best Western Plus Horseheads - Elmira

Location

Yes. We got in late 130a. Tired from driving 12 hours. The ac unit in the room was loud and clamky. Told the lady at desk the next morning and she couldn’t care less

Nice rooms, free breakfast

I was given a disabled room, and could not get the shower to work. Was given no discount by the desk staff for my inconvenience

Cleanliness. Nice Bed and pillows

Scrambled eggs at breakfast was served with bacon mixed in, preventing a whole group of people from eating scrambled eggs who do not eat pork or meat. I travel all over the world, and this is the first time I have seen such disregard. Not exceptable.

very clean. Room well appointed. The queen size beds were very comfortable.

The sofa bed was not made.

Price and room

Breakfast is good but not great. Waffles good but eggs ran out, sausage not good, things run out. And officially it ends at 9:30 on the weekend in terms of service but verbally they sort of extend to 10.

The set up/organization of the breakfast bar needs improvement. Guests bumping into each other. Set up not logical. Coffee was terrible.

Location, newer hotel 2023, clean, good breakfast, front desk team member was very helpful and kind. Buffet attendants did a nice job refilling food and cleaning.

It is a newer hotel, but the Chinese decor was not in line with a professional hotel. The tall Chinese vases upon entry way, and decor at front desk was off putting. Like the culture was being forced upon the guests. A hotel should be a neutral space.

New, clean, modern hotel.

It advertised having EV chargers. Both were broken and the staff said that they had been out of operation for a long time.

The hotel advertises that a restaurant was on site, however the restaurant was not operational during our stay.

Lovely hotel

Blue light kept flashing in the room all night.

They didn?t change the sheets from the one the pervious guest used!!!

The pool and breakfast

Location.

Comfortable and roomy rooms. Great price

Everything

Facility and room was very clean and new, better than expected. Very comfortable room. Had everything I needed for a holiday visit with family. Would definitely stay here again.

All was clean, great breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Property says it’s 24/7 service, but when I arrived there was nobody to receive us. All was empty with not staff.

The breakfast was very good. Im not a big pork sausage eater though. The scrambled eggs were very delicious. The room was very clean. I did have to ask the front desk for a blanket an pillow due to sleeping on the pull out couch. There weren't any in the closet.

The pool was down for maintenance., both Friday and Saturday.

Good location, spacious and clean room.

Breakfast was good - decent options. Staff was excellent and they were very pleaseant, and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. We did like that the beds were on a platform.

Location was a bit rough - not easy to really get back there - odd location. Walls (especially in the bathroom - probably more through the vents) - we could hear everything going on in the next room.
