breakfast was poor. Front desk clerk did not show any immediate concern about my complaint about quality and serving temperatures of eggs, sausage, potatoes, and oatmeal.

The room was very clean and nice

I didn?t like that the pool closed at 10pm it should be open a tad bit later for people who have kids that want to be able to swim also the breakfast could use some updating.

We booked the room because of the pool and hot tub. Out second night they were out of order and they wouldn't give us any sort of comp even thought it says 100% satisfaction guaranteed

No one at the front desk for 15 minutes after our arrival. Person who arrived was dressed as a housekeeper. Cold water in shower and bathroom first night. Heat in room was too hot and uncontrollable even after a technician came to explain.

The room was nice & clean. It is close to shopping, the highway, and the attractions in the area.

We saw cookies on the counter, but were never offered one. The front staff was cold, did not greet us once we had gotten our room.

Very clean, spacious room. Decent breakfast, and not too far from attractions like Watkins Glen.

Manager that checked me in and checked me out was extremely rude and overcharged my card,

Great location...15 mins.to glass museum....25 mins. to Watkins Glen Park....mins. from shopping & restaurants.

breakfast needs improvement

Good breakfast. Appreciated the coffee bar. Hotel employee at the front desk was blindingly fast completing our check-in. Wonderful! All staff greeted us at all times.

Thin walls between suites. Wall behind headboard moved every time the people in the next suite slammed their door. HVAC unit was unreasonably noisy. We turned it off to be able to sleep.

The hotel was really clean and the room had a homelike feel to it. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. It wa all around a great stay!

It was located extremely close to the airport. I will always use a Hampton Inn if there is one available. They are very clean and the staff is always so accommodating.

Bathroom was big and very modern. Ceramic tile on floor very slippery. Be careful stepping out of the shower. Bath mat slides away.
