The staff was extremely nice and very helpful.
The employees were amazing! The pool was great! My mom said it was to cold for her but once you were in and accumulated, I thought it was fine! The hotel room was clean and I loved that more than two bath towels were stocked in bathroom.

Cons -

I think the eggs from breakfast had to be fake. I know this sounds crazy but I heated one up for 10 secs and when I went to eat it I revived a very very bad burn in my mouth.
heat wasn't working as when I got in room, it was 62 degrees. Had the front desk attendant come to room to manually on unit as wall device wasn't working due to low battery. Heat was on and off all night being hot, then cold. TV cut in/out also

The continental breakfast was a lot of processed foods. I'm dairy free and can't have dairy, so I ate the oatmeal. The tv was hard for me to figure out. Maybe because I don't watch a lot tv, but my 62yo mom did figure it out.
