Many thing, WiFi if I was spotty at best, toilet couldn’t even handle piss without backing up, none of the drawers worked in the dresser. I don’t believe they would’ve even gotten five dollars for it and a garage sale.

Was up at West Point for the Army-Navy Lacrosse game. The hotel is super convenient.

The hotel has been left to go to seed and just milk whatever they can from room rent. Oddly, the shower was plumbed backwards - the hot water only worked when you turned the water to cold. The room is, like most hotels, the king of the 40 watt lightbulb

We couldn?t stay there. This hotel looks like an abandoned A lot of addicted and homeless around. We was waiting more than 15mins to check in but no one showed up at the check-in area. We had to book another hotel near by. This is a scam

Very close to West Point

Room was a little noisy at night. Even though both adjacent rooms were unoccupied it sounded like someone was taking a shower the entire night.

the reception and effort to get us a better room was exceptional

the rooms are about 30 yrs out of date and need a major refresh, there was smoke and must smell. I had stayed here before adn the room i had was better than this one

Owner and staff were nice

I couldn?t stay in it. I took a shower and left. I was shocked to see that I paid $--- for that room. Shame on me. I knew I was taking a chance but had no idea it would be as bad as it was.

If I could give this place a negative scoring I absolutely would This place was beyond disgusting. I did not stay after seeing two different rooms... There were live bugs in the bed in bed bugs by the window. There was brown staining on white sheets..

Cold air seeping under door ( no weather stripping) had to use towel to block. Water pressure was very poor.

Nothing. It was an awful hotel.

Everything. The hotel was extremely dirty and it did not look safe. The chain was falling off the door and the door looked like it had been kicked in. The hotel looked NOTHING like the photos. There was hair in the fridge and the bathroom was dirty.

It was near where we had obligations.

Very run down inside and outside. Floor very sticky and dirty, even slippers stuck to the faux wood floor. No ice bucket in the room, ice not readily available. On-line ratings must have been placed by proprietors not customers. Not honest.

conveniently located

The place needs renovation. My door could only be opened by pulling the handle up (couldn't push it down) Not all the outlets worked, the shower was incredibly slippery.

Nothing - other than location. Close to lego land

Hotel is not as advertised. There is no continental breakfast although it says it does online. The rooms are dirty, smelled like smoke and had cigarette burns in the bed covers. Not what id expect for a non-smoking room. Hotel lacks basic maintenance.

Excellent location to West Point

Very run down facility that needs a facelift. NO room cleaning for 5 days.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to West Point.

No continental breakfast as advertised. Floors were stained . Old stained bathtub and tissue holder . Central air floor vents were damaged. Not up to par with the price I paid- would like a partial refund.

Movie selections, good service.

Augustine was superb during our stay. Very friendly staff will definitely be back

My flight canceled by airlines last minute and I couldn¿t make the reservation. Hotel refused refund and kept the charge

Location

No staff, key was left in mailbox. At checkout no one was there or answered phone. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and deodorizer. Towels were like sandpaper. Cost was more than $---/ night!

It had the price of a holiday inn with an ambience of motel six. Way too expensive for the quality of the room. Run down. No breakfast for their guests. Tolerable at best. Cheap towels. Slippery tub. Bathroom was very clean.
