Econo Lodge Hicksville - Long Island

The hotel was very clean and quiet,the staff were very friendly and nice.the bed was very comfortable it’s home away from home. I would recommend and definitely want to visit again

The room was extremely clean! The staff was very helpful. Staff was incredibly thoughtful and understood my needs in terms of rooms.

My room didn’t have any shampoo in the container, so that could be checked more often maybe?

Just the walk. I’ve had both knees and hips replaced but he got me as CB lose to the door and on the ground floor. I really appreciated that.

The word “ handicapped” did not really define the room.…the bathroom had a tub..not a walk-in shower with seat. Not enough rails near toilet. The floor was slippery.…only one bath mat. I use a walker so I was afraid to walk barefoot.….need a rug.

the room was clean, front desk staff was excellent, loved the cappacino maker in the lobby and the bed was fairly comfortable

the pillow hurt my neck because they were too lofty and the location can be noisy

Huge shout out to the front desk staff KURT! He was amazing and deserves a raise! I had my doubts about this hotel because of its general reputation.This particular hotel is CLEAN! Excellent! The Carpet is spotless and clean. Microwave actually works!

The front desk was so nice. Very professional while I was there over the weekend 9/6-9/8. He was so kind. You need more people like him. I needed utensils he brought to my room instead of me going downstairs to the lobby.

The only thing is that you guys needs elevators

They did not explicitly inform me that I was to be labeled a no show if I did not check in on the first day. I was told when I came in the following day that I would not be given a room and a refund would not be issued.

The location and ease to getting there. The room is large and the bath is a shower stall which is fine by me as I do not take baths and I did not have climb over a side of a tub to get in.

New reno of floors and bathrooms. Liked no smell of smoke that's the main reason why I stay at this hotel.

My room was huge and very clean! A lot of good people work at this hotel, they were friendly and professional.

Their internet was horrible, disconnected often. I couldn't figure out the water temperature of my shower, so it was either too hot or lukewarm. A/C didn't get cold enough, I think it's not big enough for the size of the room.

The air conditioning unit was very loud on the high setting. It did wake me up in the middle of the night.
