The view was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.

It's very close to Mohonk Mountain House. For those spending the day there, there's no better place to stay. The view out the main lodge window of a mountainside is beautiful. Great common area if you'd like to sit and read by the fire or talk to others.
The lodge common area was nice since it included a fireplace, but the fireplace is a gas one, not a wood fireplace. Also, the area during this time of year had a lot of a certain type of flying bug (related to the ladybug), some got into the room.
Lovely setting, wonderful breakfast. In feeling definitely more of a lodge than a hotel, with an expansive deck facing trees and a dramatic cliff. Well designed with thoughtful decor. deally located for sightseeing and recreation.

Such a quaint little lodge with the most friendly staff. The view was amazing!! So many small and thoughtful details made it just perfect.
