Pros +
- The hotel is in a super location in downtown Garden City, which has restaurants, shopping, and is a very nice place to spend an afternoon or evening. The Doormen and Bellman were exceptionally friendly.
- The valets, the front desk clerks, the hotel, the atmosphere were all exceptional. Everything that one would want while traveling was above expectations.
- Room and, in particular, the bed were very comfortable.
Cons -
- The Front Desk Clerk was not welcoming during the check in process. Housekeeping did not touch our room during a three night stay. Our bed was not made, the trash was not emptied, the coffee bar was not refilled, and there were no fresh towels.
- The hotel needs to upgrade its tech. Some of the tech such thermostat are from the 90s
- The only thing that i did not like was that we only stayed four days.
