- The location and price you pay for is what you get it was four blocks away from the train station ocean you in they don't really bother you so that's a plus
- I was able to get a rm. with the best view of Shea Stadium & Manhattan Skyline. They made up my bed/ replenished towels daily. The staff was even nice enough to hold my bags for a few hours after I checked out.
- Location, hot water, customer service staff
Cons -
- Rooms stink once we got in there, There walls and lamps are in bad quality they don't give breakfast and there no parking they don't do refunds.There beds were hard as a rock and for some reason I felt itchy In the middle of the night.
- No working ice machines/ no vending machines.
- Limited connectivity for wifi. No breakfast

The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is convenient for the airports. Subway nearby. The room was clean.
The decor is very outdated. The lobby was in a bad condition, the windows- dirty. Some remodeling, nice prints on the walls, new paint and bedding could do a lot.
