Great safety concern with this hotel. The bathtub is extremely slippery and my wife almost fell. I asked the front desk for a shower mat. They don't have one. The hand-bar on the tub slides in and out freely. You may fall if you pull on it

Very friendly and welcoming clerk. The room was clean and adequate for our overnight stay. Convenient to the airport. Great price.

The location to what we were there for.

You could see light right through the sides of the doors. We had a dirty pillow case. Coffee was gross too in the morning.

Everything the alarm in room went off for no reason they didn?t have hot water at night was extreamly luck warm would not stay there again

It stated on my itinerary the hotel provided free breakfast. It did not. False advertisement.

I liked that you didnt feel like you had a thousand cameras on you and that everything you did was being watched and recorded. I like how they dont call you every 5 seconds you move or even do anything that makes noise. i still felt safe though.

only thing i didnt like is the short gentle men that works front desk with the glasses made you feel like every time you would need assistance he would roll his eyes or just be rude about it. they didnt have a laundry room.

Charged extra 20$ for room, it were hairs in room, bathroom was dirty

The room was gross, dirty smears on the back of the bed frame, hair in the bathtub and bathroom counter. The caulking around the sink and bathtub looked like a kid had done it. Paint all over the hair dryer. Not what I would expect for a 4.5 star.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel. It was so bad I tried checking out early & the manager wouldn¿t let me get my $100 deposit back until I called the cops & he got scared of having the law enforced. Terrible management.

Disgusting. Never been to a hotel this bad. Dirty tub, toilet paper in the toilet so I know they didn¿t take the time to check & clean it, dirty floors/walls, trash COVERING the ground in smoking area, holes in the curtains. Don¿t waste your money

One of the workmen was a wonderful, helpful person. The man behind the front desk was not friendly or helpful. The room had a cloying, awful chemical smell from paint etc. due to ongoing renovations. I returned home sick Friday.

The God-awful chemical smell in my room due to recent painting and other renovations. It was difficult to breathe. In order to sleep I had to keep the air conditioner running which all compiled caused me to get sick with a bad cold.

It was conveniently located for our needs.

YES. The curtains were falling off the wall. I asked for repair and it was never done. The toilet seat fell off! The hallways were not clean. The bathroom was tiny and the tub looked very old. VERY DIFFERENT FROM WHEN WE STAYED THERE 3 OR 4 YEARS AGO.

The fact that when asking for something they where very nice to listen to me and make what I asked possible. Check out time was asked more than once if I was out so I didn't get charged for a extra night. Really appreciate understanding and kindness.

Not only was the staff rude and unprofessional, the room was dirty. Hair in the bed with stains and hair also found in the bath tub.

The room is up to date. Good carpet, wallpaper, furniture. Hairdryer, iron and board, microwave, fridge, coffee maker with coffee.

Exterior is shabby throwback, poor parking lot, lobby needs a lot of work. The building sits by itself and you might think it's closed. But at least, and I was surprised, they have invested in upkeeping the rooms, which in the end, is the important part

Curtain shredded, huge Ted stain on carpet, no shampoo, ice bucket had 1/2 inch of dirt in it, fridge didn't cool and freezer tray was moldy

Rundown property, garbage overflowing in cans near entrance, no elevator while traveling with an older person who has trouble with stairs. Barley any interaction with indifferent staff checking in or out. Multiple people lurking in rear parking lot.
