Friendly hostess & gave me a total refund on the room.

Tub was stained and looked like there wasn’t enough cleaner in the world to get it clean. Dinghy. Needs a good makeover. The bed looked nice and comfy but I was too uncomfortable to try it & left to go get another hotel room somewhere else. Cheesy.

I did not appreciate that the guy at the desk just thought that it was ok to just walk into our room without knocking and then stood there staring at me my daughters and husband.

We had to tie the drapes shut because they broken. The room was not the cleanest and no ice bucket or machine

staff was very nice and present at the hour we checked in

Rooms were very poorly cleaned, there were black hairs in the towel, woke up feeling like I had a cold the room was so dusty, and the air conditioning barely worked

Clean bathroom, every thing worked in room.

Fairly old place with better interstate access to the north than mentioned. And I'm not from Norwalk,CT.

Overpriced. Antiquated. Small room. Inefficient AC. Internet would not connect. Wasn't fixed until the next morning.

The place was clean; my room appeared to have been recently painted. Worth the price. Smallish room, but, OK as a place to sleep and shower.

It was reasonably priced. My room was quiet and clean. The air conditioner worked well. The bed was comfortable. I don't need to have a 5 star motel.

I needed an inexpensive place for just one night and this was a good place. The room was clean and the place was quiet. I appreciated the free WiFi. The furniture was basic but OK and the bed was comfortable.

Price location.Very rude management.You pay them they provide nothing as far as towels washcloths .They act like there cleaning people hoard them,only ones with access to them.Never seen a hotel refuse extra towels and washcloths to guests.1.00 store .

Any hotel gives 1 towel 1 wash cloth is sad.i told them we were using room for showers only we having remodeling done on home, just showers and leaving.They couldnt supply us for price 4 towels and 4 washcloths.We had go home grab our to use in shower.

It was old and the room was small, but it was very clean and inexpensive. I didn't expect anything fancy, so I was very satisfied.

The staff (2 people)were very nice and the price was right. Location was pretty ok for what I was there for.

This motel is very outdated! The smell in the room was bad! Old extension cord for the fridge, microwave and lamp, not safe! No outlet in bathroom & the tub was stained. OLD blankets and pillows.YIKES Despite that, it was very clean.

The Location wasnt too bad as it was close to the interstate and the city.

Surely not in the 2 star as the room was very small and not very clean, along with the appearance of the hotel as it was run down and in serious need of updating. Surely a 1 star motel.

This motel was so run down I did not think it was open, you must remove this from your offering immediately, it is not a 1 star never mind 2. I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Horseheads, NY. I fully expect a refund.

it was quiet/clean and the management was helpful

The room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable, and best of all the area was quiet. There was a refrigerator in the room as well as a microwave and although the hotel is showing it's age, I had a very nice stay for the price I paid. I will return!

the staff was very friendly

The location was bit scary. very quite tho. Was traveling with 28 year old daughter. She had a roller derby game in Ithaca. Bit run down. sheets were clean tho they had burn holes in them,still have smoking rooms.

Close by major freeway. Convenient. Good value for short stay.

Room is clean, but very old, and bathroom faucets need upgrading.

You get what you pay for.....nothing more nothing less. Best 1 star hotel in the area. Microwave, fridge, free wifi and flatscreen in every room.

Not particularly. Bathrooms needs some work but besides that great place to stay the night.

The location and the price were the best things.

The bathtub was VERY dirty and rusty. I was too scared to take a shower.
