Pros +

Great price and great location
Clean room, comfy beds. You call the number by the front door to get your room assignment and key pad code to access your room, so we never actually met anyone on the staff. The lounge area downstairs looked like a great gathering space for guests.
The price was OK and location good.

Cons -

No staff available to answer questions. Some noisy neighbors and thin walls between rooms.
Bathroom layout was a little odd, and shower was tiny. Rooms are definitely not soundproof, so we woke up to guests with loud feet. It was fairly quiet on a weeknight other than people walking around in the morning.
Not very clean and most of the materials worn. No one on site.The listed rating is silly optimistic. A 2 rating would be more like it. I even had to fix the toilet (flush lever beam had fallen into the tank) I survived, but was disappointed.
