Great location, spotless, large beautiful rooms with a great view of the ricer

The noise level in the room is unacceptable, they have absolutely no sound insulation in the walls and especially floors and ceiling and you can hear everything.

Restaurant was a very good value.

No ice machines or microwave ovens in rooms.

Hotel itself was gorgeous and comfortable. Best bathtub ever!

The town was very quiet midweek. Not much open. Disappointed the hotel rooftop bar not open

Location is desolate. But it’s also nice to get away from it all! Only an hour drive to ski slopes so great place to stay

Room was pretty sound proof. It felt like we were the only ones there. Nice aesthetic. Peaceful.

Everything was fine. I'm just used to a firmer bed and pillows. I don't know if it makes sense to say, but it was too soft. I would have liked a desk in the room as well.

For a place that lists spa and fitness as a major offering the gym was very bad. Clearly no one had been in there in a while as the elliptical made a screeching sound that prevented me from using it. The machines need replacement immediately.

The service at the restaurant wasn’t great. We needed to clean our own table and took about an hour until we got our food in both of our breakfast times. They missed cleaning our room. We also experienced the guests next door partying really loud until 3am and the connecting doors in between not blocking any of the noise.

They double charge me I paid on booking but they charged me at the property too ! I try to get this $364 reversed but impossible to reach out to them ! They charged me the $100 deposit too when it was supposed to be reversed immediately. Huge scam I have called many times and send emails but 0 answer

Very nice, quiet, clean place. We will definitely return there again to spend time in nature. Very tasty and not expensive breakfast. Highly recommend!

Location and staff

The other guest who stayed on top our room next floor. From 9pm - 1:15am kept making noise like dragging furnitures or bed and was so loud in out room.

The location of the property couldn’t be better. The view of the morning sunrise was amazing. The hotel is very clean. The bathroom was so nice. The check in clerk was so professional.

The heater in the room did not work. But the front desk changed the room and also offered a free breakfast the next day.

This is a beautiful small. hotel over looking the Hudson River. The room was very large and clean. The ceilings were high and let in a lot of natural light. The resturant on the fifth floor looked very nice, although I did not eat there. If you can eat or drink out on the terrace. there are great views of the river. The staff was very nice. While I did not buy breakfast at the hotel, you can do so or just walk down the street where there are some nice breakfast alternatives. I liked the town that the hotel is in. It is a nice place to spend a night or two while exploring the area.

I did not give the hotel the highest rating because it lacks a swimming pool. It would be a nice addition. Beyond that, was nothing not to like.

Basically everything was great except the bartender.

Bartender decided to discuss our nationalities and why we were a couple with other clients (looked like her friends) in front of us, as they all assumed we don't understand much. As we showed no passports most I can imagine she got the info from the reception, who actually had seen our papers.

The personnel’s attitude regarding our option not to tip the waitress who only brought us breakfast from the kitchen (since it was only an à la carte option)

This is a wonderful hotel, in a lovely location. Modern, spacious, clean, but adjacent to the water and a short walking distance from various fun activities in town. Plenty of parking. The restaurant and bar were also great.
