Econo Lodge Cortland Downtown

There is a big pot hole at the entrance of the hotel. There was unpleasant smell in the room. TV is very outdated. Very limited choices in breakfast.

Location.

The room was outdated and dirty. The people that hung out in the parking lot were creepy and scary.

I told them I had no hot water and they did not do anything about it, didn't even offer me to take a shower in another room.

Location was perfect for me and I chose it because it was pet friendly, ALTHOUGH, I did not know there was a surcharge for the pet before I arrived.

First put in a smoking room and had to go back to change. New room was stone cold (winter time here) and it took over 7 hours for it to become comfortable with the heater on high. Bathroom floor freezing and bathtub would not be anything I'd ever use.

The staff is friendly.

The motel is pretty dumpy. The 1st thing you see when you pull in is a broken down Dodge Caravan with 2 flat tires. In general the place lacks maintenance and is un-kept. There is NO Continental Breakfast or fitness area. I wouldn't stay here again.

Its location was convenient.

Room was shabby- holes in the walls, cigarette burns in the bathtub (!). Only two very skimpy, worn towels. Only two pillows in a king size bed. An overwhelming odor of smoke in a no-smoking room. Long black hairs in the sink and tub. Desk staff was RUDE.

Location, very close to downtown shops and restaurants, pubs.

Unfortunately while outside my room looking around, I was informed by a local police officer that next time it would be safer to stay elsewhere due to criminal activities. Nice place though.

The location. It was easy to get to with lots of options for food

Pretty much everything. The room was dirty, the sheets had small stains on them. The man at the front desk sounded ill.

The room was horrible,smelled like an ashtray, falling down seeling tiles, burned sheets, dirty everything, covers full of stains unknown nature, very untrue from the pictures listed and definitely rip off for the price paid

Price

Everything but the price. Was onky given 1 hotel key for 2 guest. Have left key in the bedroom and was refused another key. Manager opened door for my boyfriend. Then again locked out so went to the front desk but door to office locked stood in rain 30min

There was no hot water to shower with. There were no bath towels, had to go down to the desk for some. The sheets had dried food and hair on it. The non smoking room reeked of smoke. It was a bad experience.

Continental breakfast was store bought donuts and honey buns, the cable tv kept freezing

The location

Staff was rude, continental breakfast sucked, our sink didn¿t work, No hot water for an entire day without notice. The staff also wanted to charge me for a dirty towels like they can¿t afford bleach to wash it. Room had a smell and floor was dirty.

motel was close to interstate I arrived on and central to what I was visiting for also my family BNB was close by and diners and fuel was near by.

No shortage of parking, because no one who has a car would stay there if one could sleep in there car.

The place is nasty, unclean cold shower,i got bit by something wicked. People talked for hours outside my door, it smelled, some weirdo stood in the parking lot staring at my room, the door is paper thin and flimsy, the towels had holes in them. No stars

Absolutely nothing.

First, the location is one that google maps won¿t get you to. Second, there were druggies in the courtyard where you park to go in the office. I didn¿t bother going to check in. I left and figured out something else. Google reviews are horrendous.

Hard question to answer. It was at least clean.

My stay was actually 4 days. Not once did they clean my room. I had to ask for clean towels and empty trash my self.

Listed That breakfast was included. But this was not the case. They stated due to covid. I saw no Reason why they could not of offered at least prepackaged Danish, and bottled juice in lobby.

Everything. The room wasn’t done when we checked in, the sound on the tv didn’t work. The tub wasn’t clean so I had to clean it myself then the water wouldn’t get warm.

Nothing!!

This hotel was dirty and not up to standards. Wallpaper peeling and tiles loose and coming off the floor in the bathroom. A musty smell in the whole room.
