Clarion Inn & Suites Cortland - University Area

The free breakfast was nice.

I would prefer to have 2 queen beds in a two bed room, but the double bed size was okay. There is no hotel to the second floor. This worked ok for us because we are able bodied, but they should be more clear for those who might not be able to do stairs.

Location and price.

The room smelled. The parking lot and access road were in poor shape and had several large pot holes. Hotel was very dated with stained carpets and floors throughout. Door to room had to pressed hard to close and lock

Hotel employee from the hotel staff, greeted us at breakfast in the morning. She was delightful! We were very impressed with the complimentary breakfast served and the location ambiance of the dining area.

The Clarion had.a.cozy fireplace in the breakfast area. Rooms were modern and well kept, clean. Staff very friendly.

If they had updated foam mattress my older body would have appreciated that

Free breakfast

Extremely outdated, dirty hotel. Equivalent motels in the area are $----- per night. I paid $-- for two nights at this dump. Never again.

Staff was always pleasant.

There are not enough characters to answer that. I had to switch rooms twice because of moldy smell. There was trash everywhere. Several of the rooms that are baseball team used had rips/tears in sheets/drapes.

Fairly clean, close to Interstate and businesses, staff was pleasant.

Hotel is old and not very well maintained. The sofa in the lobby sank so far it could not be used. Xome of the exterior doors, which were labeled as requiring a room key to access, were never locked.

The staff was great! Housekeeping was fast to respond and always very pleasant.

The hotel smelled and the stairwells were filthy ( no elevator). The shower was not great, with a hole punched in the door.

Staff was nice, breakfast wasn¿t bad, location was nice

They screwed up our booking, we paid for 2 beds, they said they overbooked and nothing they could do, so one of us ended up sleeping on a roll away bed, even though we paid extra to stay here for 2 beds. Staff wasn¿t able to do anything without manager

Location

We did not stay at our hotel we were moved to a Quality inn that was definitely a downgrade. There was pet hair on the bed. The room was freezing cold when we went in. The heating system was full of dust and I don¿t think anyone ever vacuums .

Everything. Friendly efficient staff , clean room and good breakfast.

Comfortable bed and hot water.!!

Air was musty the entire time of my stay, and a/c unit was never off! My room did not have a microwave. Otherwise it was a nice room

Staff was outstanding. They went out of their way to ensure a positive experience. Location was great for my visits.

Possibly clean up the outside of the hotel to make it look nicer.

THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMODATE ME ON SHORT NOTIC FOR AN EXTENDED STAY.

STAY WAS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR LOCATION AND SERVICE RECEIVED.

Clean and cozy. Amenities like breakfast. The staff is very nice!

The staff at the hotel couldn't have been nicer, especially Giselle, who went the extra mile to help us. Hotel was very clean.

The breakfast offerings were pretty unhealthy and mostly all manufactured food. Yuck. If I were booking here again, I would not eat the food, but there is a restaurant nearby for more options.

Location was decent

Way too overpriced. This is not a hotel, it's a run-down motel. The beds were small (doubles) and uncomfortable, AC didn't work and had cobwebs, and the hotel smelled like mildew.

Close to highway

Cleanliness lacking. Hotel rundown.

fast check in check out

the air ducts smell horrible if you turn on heat or air conditioning. The coffee pot is located next to the toilet and looks to have never been washed. the pot full of dust and what appears to be dried urine splatter. The outlets are so worn that my phone

The breakfast was amazing the room was so clean and staff was amazing
