Staff friendly. Facility clean and welcoming.
The staff was more than helpful. We had driven a long way and the young man at the counter went out of his way to make us comfortable .
Clean . Close to the school and highway. Helpful staff.

Vary clean great breakfast
The price was way too high for the value.
Clean and decent breakfast.
How long it takes to get the correct bill. I was charged 3 x and still waiting for final correct charge.
Convenience
Fridge didn't work well, pool deck needs repair, need more options at breakfast for diabetics
The property is close to Cortland university which made traveling easier. The room was very spacious and staff was very attentive.
The only issue was the bathroom in our room the first night, the front desk was able to secure a new room for us on our second night which was appreciated.
Very friendly staff. Close to venue we were going to. Close to amenities. Clean. Overall a good stay.
Have no complaints.
Close to where we had to go. Close to major roads.
Room could have been a little colder.. I like 62.. but it just me. Overall we had a great experience.
normally I really like this property. We had a family emergency, My father, who recently came out of heart surgery, collapsed in a restaurant back in our home town and we had to go to the hospital. I told the hotel 2x even to see if instead of a refund maybe a credit on file for out next stay since we have 2 kids in college up at Cortland. I guess I should insure my trips, but at least a credit for a future visit would have been nice. The holiday inn up in Cortland has the best prices anyway and they give us a SUNY discount for the kids being in college. Its the most popular. I have always had a nice stay at this property in the past, but Ill go back to the Holiday Inn.
Everything from the receptionist to the clean facilities and the breakfast that was on point.
Absolutely nothing!
Cleanliness, ability to check in early, all other staff friendly
Pete had encounter with 1 rude gentlemen working saturday evening
