- Staff very friendly Room was nice
- Shuttle to the Darien Lake concert
- Not really anything, the staff and manager were cordial.
Cons -
- Room was very hot & stuffy, ac not working properly. Staff very accommodating & gave us another room, which was much better
- Breakfast that was supposedly included was not available
- walking in main doors of building, it stunk, carpet. I think mold mixed in. Manager had our prior notes about smoke allergies. The room was filth, bad smoke odor, disgustingly stained sheets & bed covers, cigarette burns in bedding. We did not stay, left.
