- Excellent customer service. I did recommend the hotel to other friends who also stayed there the weekend. We all enjoyed!

- The guy at checkin was so personable and fun! It was my sons bday and he had us all sing happy birthday with the bartender . The room was so clean and pretty . Nice views from the rooftop too.
Cons -
- shuttle pickup time
- Not really the hotel but it would nice to be a little closer to the city or the subway .
- Maybe the distance from Manhattan
