Friendly staff and breakfast was good

There was a problem with hockey team kids running around the hotel causing a lot of noise and disrespect to other guests the parents were not to be seen anywhere and because of this the local police were called and was there for about 20 to 30 minutes.

The worst bed I've ever slept on. Pull out couch mattress springs were digging in my back. Had to line the bed with some of my clothes to get thru the night.awful.

Clean, updated carpet since last trip.

small issue, coffee pot in room didn't work.

Good location for our needs

I left a bag in the room by mistake. Called after departure to see if housekeeping/other put in Lost & Found. Night manager was understanding and conveyed to call back the next day. Tried 3 times, no answer. Never got a call back.

Missing wall decor and light bulbs out in bathroom and nightstand. otherwise very comfortable.

We stayed so the kids could swim but the pool was contaminated with floating debre. They did not swim.

THE HOSTESS IN THE BREAKFAST ROOM WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND CHEERFUL. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO SEE HER EVERY DAY.. THE BREAKFAST OFFERINGS WERE WONDERFUL AS WELL AS THE DESK STAFF. THEY ALL WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GREET AND HELP US IN ANY WAY.

Got a bedroom with a pull out instead of two queens. Had to request bedding for the pullout. The hotel was sold out with sports team families so more than understandable. They still took care of everything for us and we were very impressed.

Clean and rooms were nice size.

The hot breakfast was just ok. Not enough seating for breakfast, I had to stand while I ate. Not enough seating in the community area. For night activities.

Service and location were excellent - beds were super comfortable.

Everything was great - the only thing to mention would be that the bed coverlet had some marks on it - not a deal breaker but if you were shooting for best impression then maybe rethink using bedding like that.

Room is very clean

No microwave avalai le in the room. The dining room is not clean.. the high price. not true to usual holiday inn quality.

Our room was clean and bedbug free. Complimentary toiletries were well stocked. There were many options for breakfast. The staff was generally polite.

Parking was garbage. There were many vehicles parked long-term, that were hogging spaces that should have been for short-term. Snow removal was lacking. WiFi was slow. Kids were running up and down the hallway outside our door well past 12 am.

Extremely noisy due to highway traffic across the street. Was overcharged fir room with erroneous fees on my credit card, and the hotel did not enforce mask requirements

It was ckean, close to the event we were attending. My grandsons enjoyed the pool.

I have celiac so there was not a lot of options on the breakfast bar.

I liked the staff on night shift. She was easy to talk to and made sure to try and keep everyone happy. Great employee!

Yes the room was dirty I had to clean it. No a big deal but the tv was unplugged. A huge deal , was when we got into the pool and there was white stuff swimming around and hair. We ended up getting out not before I got UTI. The filters were not on.

Large gathering of a kids hockey group. Very noisy running up and down halls screaming.......

Room phone not functioning ,problem with internet and no hair dryer in room.

Staff was sensitive to our needs, the place was clean, beds were comfortable.

Pool had to close early on the first day. You got to do maintenance sometime.
