No heat in the room. TV picture/reception was terrible. No deadbolt or chain lock in room . Mirror set ridiculously low so I had to squat down to shave.

there is nothing to like here. location is far from resturant, gas station and attractions. not recommended.

The room was not for sleeping bed sheets were not what i expected, very old. i had to buy my own sheets and pillow.

Never made it to the hotel. Broke down along the way. Had to go back home. Called the motel but there was nothing they could do about rescheduling.

This is a older motel and looks it. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

When we first arrived we did consider leaving because it is an older motel and a little run down. However we decided to look at the room before making any decision. The room was very clean. This is not a five star motel but for the money it was ok.

Drove in. Drove out. Would rather sleep on the back of my truck. Place needs serious work.

ROACHES!!!! Opened the door and turned on the light and I saw them EVERYWHERE.

Good hotel

The room was warm though it was cold outside and winter, hot water in the sink and shower.

It was a hard trip for me and my family, we drive constantly for 12 hours to get to our hotel, and when we finally arrived the person on reception said that all rooms are taken and there is no space for us. I showed proofs that we have booked the room 10 days prior to our stay dates, the men responded that they didn’t received money and that our booking is invalid. I showed the proofs that the money was send from my card, then other men came and they tried to lie that there is no space for us, and we booked a room TO LONG AGO. Though the time of our arrival and confirmation of stay were confirmed with the hotel 1 day prior. Can you imagine ? I started to argue and said that I’m going to report this to the booking.com, after that the receptionist said that they somehow find a good room for us, but we need to wait 30 minutes for it to be clean. After 40 minutes wait, we entered our room, the floor was dirty, the fridge smelt badly, and there was no kettle though in description it says that they provide one for a room. I asked receptionist about a kettle and he said that they don’t provide it. It was one of the worst experience I ever had with the hotels. They tried to lie to us 2 times and only when I said about report they found a room that was dirty.

Better than not having a place to crash… bedding was clean and cozy

Rooms are in disrepair, our room had a cracked hole in the drywall of the bathroom and a few ceiling tiles out and trim down .. could use a little elbow grease and some TLC if not a full on renovation. Mattresses although weren’t awful were outdated and the spring kind rather than newer foam types.

The manager was excellent. He was understandable very understanding very compassionate, but yet firm.

No tub just a shower store leaky faucets, and TV went out

Didn't stay it was dirty not what was advertised. Broken pool ,no water in looked abandoned. No restaurant.

The quiet country feel of the cabin, the cleanliness, the kindness of Sam the owner, the ambience inside and out was welcoming and relaxing.

The pool is out of commission

The owner/manager's hospitality was impeccable. And the location of the motel was convenient and set in nature.

There is no attention to detail or care behind this motel; it looks and feels rundown. The room was humid even though it was a crisp 60° outside, the floor was dirty, the curtains did not cover the window fully allowing a bright white outdoor light to blare through the gaps in coverage. No coffee pot was in the room nor was coffee available in the lobby. I chose to stay at this motel because it was literally the last room available in a 20 mile radius of Woodstock in the Catskills. This motel room should rent for no more than $35/night to reflect both quality and comfort. Sad situation.

Swimming pool “advertised” was a hole in the ground with weeds growing in and around it.

my next door guests (4-6) had a loud party all night - with shouting duels (all drunk) - and since there is no 24/7 reception - especially during nights there is nobody to call for help.

Location was convenient to trails and highways, the manager was pleasant and responsive.

Wi-fi signal was weak and intermittent during bad weather, transfer rate was slow (unable to stream audio or video). Walls were very thin, some guests were loud and rude, one attempted to access my vehicle.

For the area, the best pricing I could find. By no means is it a five-star place, but it's a motel from the 60's. A good time was had, and the room didn't hinder our trip. I would visit again.

Bad beds, all furniture damaged, cattle’s missing, noisy portable heater, smelled of disinfectant

Couldn't make the TV work...lamp plug beside had tape on the plug,looked like a fire waiting to happen..location and wiring to the refrigerator was sketchie... sheets on bed not fresh..generally the room looked like section 8 housing
