Very comfortable rooms

My room was really small but comfortable

The location was perfect for us. I loved that it was in a neighborhood.

There was no coffee, not even in the lobby

Location was great, comfortable room and friendly staff

The air conditioner was about to fall out of the window and there were few toiletries

The place was absolutely disgusting. I went there and the rooms were absolutely nothing like the pictures. The rooms were absolute garbage and the sheets and room was not cleaned before i got in there. I asked for a refund but I never received one from them

Everything. I didn’t like anything about the hotel. They lied on everything they put online and they scam people out of their money. This place needs to be shut down

Nothing is to be like about this Hotel!!!One night should be $50 maximum!!!I repeat don’t wast your money on this hotel!!!Room is as big as a bathroom, room stink, sheet is dirty, dust everywhere, tv barely works, small fridge barely works, the biggest problem is the nonsense cost for one night!!! Sometimes they have the audacity to ask $500 per night, remind you this hotel used to be a shelter for migrants, again don’t wast your money on this shelter…

Good location, close to all kinds of food and mass transportation.

The mattresses were larger than the bed frames in certain rooms. The desk person was rude either due to a language barrier or was just not in the mood to deal with a customer.

I didn't like anything about the hotel. Everything in the hotel was dirty: floor, furniture, bathroom, towels, windows and so on. They don't clean the room and you have to give notes. My advice is don't stay in that hotel.

Nothing, nothing, nothing and nothing at all

The room is clean and the housekeeper works hard. There are bus stop outside the hotel （MTA bus M15 + M35 the cheapest way from JKF Airport to hotel just $2.9）and the Metro R 36th St just 10 minutes walk. The hotel is located at a residential area so many groceries and shops still open at night. A good scenery overlook Manhattan from the room and the terrace. 我不明白為何過往甚多惡評，個人覺得價錢超值。
