Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott New York Brooklyn

The location was great. The heating worked well. Staff were nice. The size of the bed was good.

Poor breakfast selection. Paper plates, plastic cutlery. Breakfast finished too early. The mattress was soft for me. I wouldn’t say value for money.

All the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was tidy and clean. The breakfast was good and appropriate. Location was very good, a 10 min walk from the Atlantic Station, which leads directly to most of the lines that go to Manhattan, as well as to the LIRR, which leads down JFK.Overall it was a very nice experience.

No complaints.

Location and available parking

Good location, quality of the room and nice breakfasts. The rooftop was a big plus too!

1. We got our apartment on the ground floor and one day when we came back to our room, the window was opened, the cleaning service didn’t close it what was literally scary considering that we had all our electronics, laptops, cameras etc inside… we reported the issue, but what we heard back was only “sorry” 2. Bad communication with the reception, the guy was really nice, helpful and welcoming, but the lady who made a checkout to us was arrogant and had a problem with writing us an invoice3. The cleaning service was not coming everyday, towels were also changed every couple of days. Sometimes the cleaning service was only taking out the trash and wouldn’t make up a bed even though we asked for it

Good location

Extremely rude front desk staff.

The location was excellent and the room was clean and spacious. It was a fairly short walk to the subway and to lovely cafes and restaurants. The area felt safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast options could have been a bit better (a greater array of healthy options, and more cooked options for vegetarians would have been nice). But it was still good to have breakfast included in the price.

The location good for my personal needs near family. However there is construction next door going on day and night during the week. Either that or sirens at night. Neither of which made a good nights sleep.

Loved the downstairs lounge/breakfast area. Hot breakfast served. Decor very nice. Staff very helpful. Rooms comfortable but small. Location very good for our needs.

It’s a very good property.

Close to the Net's arena, some subway stations (10 minute walk), not a very touristy area but good to explore and stay close from other places.

The rooftop and the design. Lots of art. Very tastefully done. The breakfast was exceptional…healthy, delicious and lots of choices. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Room cleaning was sporadic. Good the first day but then almost non-existent.
