The location is great for us because we have family nearby. The facility is spotless, the rooms are good, and the personnel are extremely helpful and friendly. I used the laundry which was great, too, because we had been on the road for over a week.

"Barn doors" shouldn't be used for bathrooms.

Staff were wonderful, welcoming and helpful. I liked our dog on first floor as well.

This worked for our needs for a weekend visiting with friends. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of towels and a good shower.

Unfortunately for us we were in the overpriced time of year; mid December, near the holidays. So we had to pay almost $600 per night, granted it was a king suite, plus $45 per day parking which was on the sidewalk in front of the hotel, not in a garage. Also the breakfast was very disappointing, mostly breads: muffin, bagel, waffles, sugary yogurt and old tasting fruit salad. The oatmeal and fixings were good, as was the coffee.

The place is very close to the train station (Union St) and near 5th Avenue where there are many restaurant options. From the moment we checked in, all the staff were very friendly, especially Daniel, who recommended nearby places to eat, the route to take the train to different destinations. Very comfortable rooms to rest, very clean, closet to organize clothes and with everything necessary for the kitchen (kitchen utensils, plates, glasses and equipment). Varied American breakfast included in our stay and solved times when we wanted to have a quick breakfast to make the most of the day. The use of laundry was also a must since it solved a lot for us since there was no laundry extremely close. On rainy days they were very kind and provided us with umbrellas. 100% recommended the hotel in all aspects. (Cleanliness, service, location).

Good location. Very close to R subway line and Barclays center. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and spacious rooms with kitchen utensils and dishwasher. Great other amenities

The outside of the hotel looks a little sketchy, especially at night.

The rooms were spacious and clean. We liked the small sitting area as well as the refrigerator and microwave oven in the room.

The breakfast was a little poor with few options. There are just a few parking spaces available, and as we arrived late at night, did not get a parking spot. Luckily there was parking in the street close by, and if not they offer the location of a public parking nearby.

Newer property. Generally well thought out. Good location. Room was clean. Elevator and workout room needed attention. Quiet.

nice staff, clean room, nice facilities such as 24-hour gym and lounge. Coffee and hot water available at the lounge were awesome.

the breakfast was not always great. (not enough veggie or fruits, dry eggs) not enough soundproof from the door.

Although rooms were clean, the pillows/sheets had a weird chemical smell which bothered me, the walls were thin but thankfully the other rooms quiet down later in the night, the breakfast is descent enough but the eggs were really bad, almost tasted like plastic.

Breakfast was good, real eggs, oatmeal, fruit, nuts, coffee, creamer, sausage. Room was very clean, staff very friendly.
