- Great location f4om casino
- Location was good to where we were traveling
- It was clean. We needed a place to stay as the snow storm was terrible on our way back to Buffalo! Everyone was pleasant.
Cons -
- One employee in the morning was very rude and would not put out anything more for breakfast from 10 minutes before nine. Breakfast was supposed to be done at 930. Then she came in at 930 and turned the lights off on people that were eating toast because she wouldn't put anything more out.
- Our room was near service desk which was at time was quite loud, Also loud music coming from one of the rooms till 1:30 in the morning and had to complain to front desk before it was addressed.
