The toilet and towels were clean, that's it. The brief staff interaction was pleasant.

Smell in room was horrible, like musty cigarettes. Long black hairs on the pillows and sheets. The bed was uncomfortable and sunk in the middle like a pit. No privacy in bathroom, clear glass, no window covering, bathtub stained, walls dingy, carpet dirty

The office was a disaster- staff person was not sure what she was doing. The bed looked like a child made it ( it was clean as I did check it). It appeared that they rent rooms to low income. The room next to us had two males fighting swearing at two

Close to Interstate

Carpet was old and stained. The room had an odor to it. I had to buy a candle. TV remote was broken. No table lamp. Wall sockets would not accommodate plugs. The plugs just fell out. Motel seemed more for transients and homeless people.

TV worked

Yes the price was low! There¿s a reason for that! This place was a dump. Beetles flying around the room, ants in the bathroom, a/c was in wall but plug did not fit outlet so no a/c, floor was filthy, chair was stained so bad I didn¿t want to sit on it.

Refrigerator and microwave

I did not like it at all, first day the clothes rack broke off after hanging a second coat.

Nothing at ALL

There was a lot of things that I didn’t like about this Hotel. For starters it looked nothing like the pictures. It had a bad smell when you walked in the lobby and room itself. Among other things it was not stay able.

The heat in the room worked so well we had to turn it down. We hot boxed ourselves accidentally.

The shower lacked water pressure and changed hot to cold randomly. Was kind of horrible but everything else was up to expectations.

The jacuzzi

Way out dated. Loud from upstairs ceilings/floors. Bed very uncomfortable and stained. Very dirty and shady

Location was right off highway

Room was disgusting. The bathroom was worse. Should have been a 1 star hotel not 2.5

Knights Inn Amsterdam offered exactly what we were looking for. It was a clean warm place to sleep overnight. We stayed on a Saturday night and had a quiet night's sleep. The room's temperature was easy to adjust.

Don't go here if you are looking for fancy or upscale. This is very basic.

Location

Out of a 4 day stay only recieved clean towels on first dayand bed wwas only made on first day.last day asked for towels didn't bring any had to ask again finally got them. Tub only drained enough to barely keep up. 1 energy bulb in bathroom.

Hated it, couldn't stay, left key at desk and went elsewhere.

Room was filthy, lights didn't work, not habitable.

Conveniently located near highway: it is rather motel

It is ugly: staff is rude; non-willing to help rooms are dirty with bad smell - tobacco despite it is supposed to be non-smoking Rating s 1/2 star is joke: maximum is deserved 1/2 star,

Air conditioning

The smell of the room and the rugs are very disgusting! Extremely dirty and lots of stains on the rug didn't even want to take off my shoes!

close proximity to NYS Thruway laundromat on-site gas/store/dunkin donuts/deli/liquor/discount beverage all walking distance or less than a quarter mile drive. well lit parking lots WI_FI and great cable TV

electric heater was broken, could not adjust thermostat, one day no service performed without explanation

Customer service was top notch. This is a family-owned business that was run very professionally. Clean rooms excellent service and gas station, laundry and even deli on site with very fresh, hand-made subs. A+

A place to sleep. And the front desk employee had turned on the air before we arrived so the room was nice and cool. In fact she is the biggest positive for the whole place.

Kind of grubby or maybe worn would be a better term. Employees do the best they can with what they have. Some fresh paint and carpet cleaning maybe??? Could use freshening up of the building.

second floor guests were noisy and rude. the rackety old wood structure gives you the feeling that the second floor is about to fall into the first !!! plenty of undesirables living here . beware of partiers, drug deals and other scallywags ...

room was good for price category.

they have major problem to fix their address conflict on gps-waze. address does not show up. this problem resulted in me wasting more than 2 hrs. late at night finding this place. not to mention wasted gas, etc.

The room was dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. The sink was clogged the bath mat had mold the shower head was broken. The one bed had sheets that had been slept in and had hair. It was horrible. I will never ever travel to that location. Ever.
