- Clean, quiet, and great parking
- Rioms nice and clean and nice amenities
- Attentive staff. Room and common area were very clean, and hotel staff was actively cleaning. Was able to keep our bicycles in a secure area which is important to us being on a bike tour of the Erie Canal/Empire State Trail

- No
- There was a heavy smell of marijuana in the corridor in front of my room. At night, there was a party in the back parking in the gazebo near the hotel reception, with a high volume of music until 6 AM. and no noise isolation between the rooms.
- Yes. One adjacent room created a major late-night disturbance that was not adequately resolved. One desk staff member had poor customer service skills.
